All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.
Each piece is carefully packed — we ask for a little patience while your order makes its way to you.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods or public holidays, please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery
- US / Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe / UK: 7–20 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Australia / NZ: 8–20 business days
- Other regions: 10–30 business days

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue items, in accordance with shipping laws.
Shipping Fees
The shipping costs are paid by the customer. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
In the case of a return, please note that shipping costs and any customs duties will not be refunded.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding €300.
